The M-DCPS AI Institute is a cohort based professional learning experience designed to help educators build practical AI skills, confidence, and a deeper understanding of artificial intelligence. Participants explore district approved tools, ethical and responsible use, and practical applications for professional practice.

Develop a practical understanding of artificial intelligence, large language models, generative AI, and how these technologies are changing the way we work and learn.

Explore district approved tools such as Gemini, NotebookLM, and Gems for planning, productivity, creativity, organization, and problem solving.

Ethical and Responsible Use

Examine privacy, bias, student agency, academic integrity, and other considerations that support thoughtful and responsible AI use.

Putting AI Into Practice

Apply new ideas in authentic professional settings, experiment with new approaches, and build confidence through practical experience.
